FRIENDS

Grassroots fundraising and volunteer support of the Armenian American Wellness Center is an on-going and necessary effort. Over 3,000 Americans have been involved in outreach and fundraising efforts on behalf of the Wellness Center.

Concerned Americans, primarily members of the Armenian Diaspora, have formed “Friends of the Wellness Center” committees in the following cities: Boca Raton, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, the Tri-States of NJ, NY, CT (including Philadelphia) and Metropolitan Washington DC. Each of these committees has sponsored at least one fundraising event in support of the Center.

The nationwide support that AACA receives on behalf of the Wellness Center through the “Friends of the Wellness Center” is vital to the sustainability of the project. Each success story from the Wellness Center inspires the formation of additional committees in other cities throughout the U.S.
